After a remarkably successful first year in the Atlanta market,
leading national homebuilder
Lennar Homes is adopting a
new corporate image and incorporating a new value proposition sure
to please area homebuyers.
Lennar
is changing its logo from red on black to blue on white in keeping
with a change the rest of the company made around eight months ago.
"We were just beginning to build momentum here in Atlanta when
the rest of the company changed over, but our one-year anniversary
seemed like the perfect time to make the transition," said Lennar
Atlanta Division President Todd Jones. "We're excited to not only
bring a new look and feel to Lennar communities in Atlanta, but a

That new dimension is the Everything's Included program, a
signature offering in established Lennar markets that provides each

FREE CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSE HELD AT WESTBROOK IN FORSYTH BY O'DWYER HOMES
June 2011 - O'Dwyer Homes, an Energy Star builder, working with Joie Hain at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and D.S. Murphy School of Real Estate developed a seminar due to an overwhelming request from agents for answers on why appraisals are coming in so low. This special FREE Continuing Education Class was packed full of extremely useful information. They learned the true definition of gross living area, what qualifies as a bedroom and a bathroom, how to find and adjust comparables and how to determine value and much more.
The course was held at Westbrook in Forsyth County, GA on April 26, 2011.
